Responsible Gaming at tk877

Safety with enjoyment — tk877 believes gaming should always be enjoyed in a controlled, mindful, and responsible way. Your protection is our priority.

Safe Gaming Commitment

What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?

tk877 is committed to ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and controlled gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. Responsible gaming means more than just entertainment — it means staying aware of your own limits, keeping money and time under control, and never making gaming the top priority in life.

Online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. At tk877, we believe every player should play mindfully with their own and their family's wellbeing in mind. On this page, we will share all the information and tools related to responsible gaming to help you enjoy a safe and healthy gaming experience.

Remember — gaming should always be enjoyable. If at any point you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, our support team is here for you.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit Setting

Set how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If the limit is increased, it takes effect after 24 hours — this protects you from overspending in the heat of the moment.

Time Limits and Time-Out

Set daily or weekly session time limits. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you. With the time-out feature, you can take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion tool to close your account for a set period or permanently. This decision takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the set period ends.

Bet Limit Setting

Decide in advance the maximum amount you will bet per session or per day. This tool helps you stay within your budget and keep your losses under control.

Activity History

You can view your complete gaming history and deposit and withdrawal details at any time. Review this history regularly to stay aware of your own habits.

24/7 Support Assistance

For any questions or help related to responsible gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock via live chat. Your privacy is fully protected.

Age Verification and Minor Protection

For Adults Only

tk877 strictly prohibits registration and gaming by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. If a minor is using your device, please log out and lock the device.

If you suspect a minor is using your account, notify our support team immediately. We will take the necessary steps. Adults in the family should keep account login details away from children and teenagers.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the following signs appear in you, seek help right away.

Continuously increasing bets or trying to "chase losses" to recover lost money.

Spending more time on gaming than with family, friends, or work.

Taking on debt, breaking into savings, or cutting back on daily necessities for gaming.

Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gaming.

Hiding or lying to family or close ones about gaming habits.

Repeatedly breaking set limits and continuing to bet saying "just this once".

Tips for Healthy Gaming Habits

Set a budget before you start gaming — only bet an amount you can afford to lose.
Set a time limit for each session and follow it strictly.
Avoid gaming when you are tired, under mental stress, or in an emotional state.
Never think of gaming as a way to earn income or solve financial problems.
Take regular breaks — long continuous gaming sessions are harmful to your health.
Make sure to set aside enough time for family and friends, exercise, and other hobbies.
Do not be discouraged by losses — winning and losing are both normal in gaming. There is no guarantee of recovering lost money.
Review your gaming history and spending at least once a month.

Self-Exclusion Options

You can choose any time period according to your needs. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

Option Type	Duration	Description
Time-Out	24 hours — 7 days	For a short break; account is automatically reactivated when the period ends.
Medium-Term Break	1 month — 6 months	For a longer break; you will need to apply for reactivation at the end of the period.
Long-Term Exclusion	1 year — 5 years	Recommended for serious problems; a strict verification process applies when the period ends.
Permanent Exclusion	Indefinite	Account closed forever; there is no option to reopen.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

As part of responsible gaming at tk877, we maintain the following financial limits:

Minimum deposit amount

The minimum deposit on each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount are not allowed. This limit applies to all methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

You can also go to your account settings and set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits yourself. This limit is an effective way to keep your budget under control. Remember, lowering the deposit limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour wait for safety.
